Elk Defender 3.0

Firefighter gloves according to EN 659:2003+A1:2008

The ELK DEFENDER 3.0, which can hardly be surpassed in wearing comfort, combines the tactile sensitivity of a leather glove, which is so important for technical assistance, with the excellent properties of a textile firefighter's glove for fire fighting - namely minimal shrinkage without hardening of the materials used. The special suppleness of the processed elk leather as well as the unique glove cut guarantee fatigue-free working with optimal tactility. In the ELK DEFENDER (long) model with extra long leather cuff, the generous entry width guarantees that the glove can be easily put on over the operational jacket.

  • Hand piece made of specially tanned elk leather

  • Nomex® knitted cuff (alternative: extra long leather cuff)
  • Leather loop as dressing aid and for attachment to the belt
  • Certified washability at 40°C (no impairment of properties according to EN 659 - up to 25 washes). Impregnation of the gloves after every 5th wash recommended!
