Firefighter gloves according to EN 659:2003+A1:2008

 

The firefighter glove DRAGON 2.0, made of innovative CarbonX® material, offers protection during standard daily tasks as well as during fire fighting with extinguishing agents and rescue operations. The gloves are not intended for deliberate use with liquid chemicals, but offer protection in case of accidental contact with chemicals.

 

  • Firefighter protective glove made of CarbonX® (backhand / cuff)
  • Palm: fireproof cow nappa leather
  • Upper hand: made of CarbonX® and additional knuckle protection
  • Cuff: CarbonX® (optionally also available with Nomex® knitted cuff)
  • Insulation of back, cuff, palm and thumb: KEVLAR® felt (100% para-aramid)
  • Eurotex wetness barrier (windproof, waterproof and breathable)
  • Elastic band in the wrist area
  • Gathered padding in the finger area
  • 3M reflective strips (yellow/silver/yellow) on back of gauntlets
  • Reversible velcro closure at the cuff entry
  • Snap hook and eyelet for attachment to the belt
  • Available in 2 versions: 1) with long cuff made of CarbonX® or 2) with a fireproof Nomex® knitted cuff
